What we use to create our reports?

HSH uses Horizon reporting software for all of its inspection reports.  The software allows us to easily create a detailed and organized report for our customers with plenty of supporting details and pictorials.  We also can use our i-Pad/lap top onsite to create the report so there is no time gap between the inspection itself and the report being written.  This format also allows our inspector to get the report to you as quickly as possible and always within 24 hours (radon tests may take longer due to a 48 hour testing period).

Why Horizon?

Sometimes there is so much going on with a real estate transaction that makes the process very confusing.  These reports are so easy to understand that they won't add to your confusion/fustration factor.  It also explains things in meaningful and easily understood format that doesn't use confusing jargen that only a professional would understand. Horizon uses an excellant array of pictures that can viaually show any defects found in a home.  Carsion Dunlop, the creators of this software, have done an outstanding job of balancing functionality, comprehensiveness, and easy of use into a package that can be easily understood by everyone involved in the inspection process.  Having the report accessible from anywhere has been a customer favorite along with how detailed and easily understood the report is.
