RADON TESTING

​The test is conducted over a period of 48 hours and the testing equipment must be placed on site and remain undisturbed. Radon measurements are provided utilizing state-of-the-art laboratory instrumentation to provide rapid and reliable analytical data.  Property larger than 3,000 square feet should be tested in two places to get the most accurate results.

$150.00 per test

We have a limited number of units on hand so depending on the number of inspections we are performing will determine when the units will be available for testing.  We will make every effort to get your property tested as quickly as possible.

We use the Sun Nuclear 1028 Continuous Radon Monitor

SEWER LATERAL INSPECTION

The sewer lateral is the pipe that goes from you house to the city sewer and if damaged could lead to a very costly repair.  regretfully the only way to inspect for the repair requires specialized equipment.  The cost for doing the sewer scope is an additional $225
